Essar Oil, Indian Oil, HPCL, BPCL expanded fuel retail network, Reliance added none in FY16

Essar Oil, Indian Oil, HPCL and BPCL together added 2,770 retail diesel, petrol stations in FY2016. Reliance Industries' network remained unchanged at 1,400 outlets.
