Antarctic glacier with enough water to raise global sea-levels about to pop

Antarctic ice shelves are melting fast and a few checkpoints acting like corks at the edge of land is holding it all back. A massive study has been launched to find out how, when, and in what way ice at the edge of the sea interacts with the bedrock beneath it.
